Main Features
The machine has the four-station automatic function of heating- forming- punching· cuting- stacking and counting, and can adapt to PLAPSPETPPPVSABS and other materials.
The machine is widely used and has strong versatility. The speed of positive and negative pressure molding machine is fast, and the high speed can reach 2 seconds per mold.
Servo stretching is suitable for products with a product height of more than 50mm, which can effectively avoid the problem of thin wall after material stretching.
Equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, the temperature rises quickly and the power consumption is low. Compared with the traditional temperature control system, the power saving is at least 10%.
Quick mold change, change the mold from the front of the machine, saving time and effort.
