The company currently has more than 50 employees, including 20 professional technicians and 8 engineers.

First of all, we will conduct corresponding inspections after each process. For the final completed equipment, we will conduct a full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards;

Then, before the equipment is shipped, we will sincerely feedback on the operation of the equipment to customers one by one. Customers are also welcome to visit the site for inspection. After the machine is shipped, we will set up an after-sales service group chat, and there will be corresponding customer service in the group chat. , engineers solve any machine operation problems for customers, so that people who buy our machines can "buy with confidence and use them securely".

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, whether it is FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance upon receipt of the bill of lading. Our payment method is T/T,  of course, L/C is also acceptable.

According to different customers, we choose different logistics methods according to local conditions, all to allow customers to receive the goods faster in the short term.

Usually, we ship by truck to customers in mainland China, which is convenient and efficient at the same time. We generally ship by sea to overseas users, because we are in Suzhou and are very close to the Shanghai port, so shipping by sea is very convenient.

We do not have a specific export country. According to customer needs, we can export to any place in the world.
