There are certain requirements for aseptic production and dust-free workshops, and the machine operators are very strict and cannot be careless.
       Please pay attention to the following points when purchasing medical thermoforming trays: 1. Pay attention to the workshop conditions of thermoforming packaging manufacturers, which require a dust-free workshop with a level of 100,000 or above or a level of one million. 2. Be sure to use environmentally friendly sheets that meet ISO100993 and ISO11607 certification to ensure that there will be no impact when the packaging comes into contact with the device. 3. Use aluminum mold processing. Only medical blister trays produced from aluminum alloy are safer.
