Precautions for Loading and Unloading Thermoforming Machines

When moving thermoforming machinery, a forklift is typically used to lift the equipment. Multiple machinery moving skates (also known as machinery movers or heavy-duty casters) are then slid underneath the equipment. Wooden blocks can be placed between the equipment and the skates to distribute weight evenly and protect the base. The equipment is finally moved into position using towing equipment.

Lifting Operations

Each Multi-station thermoforming machine is equipped with four lifting eye plates on the frame, which are compatible with cranes for hoisting operations.

Feet Pad Installation

Please install feet pads before using the thermoforming machine. (3-station machine: 10 pads，4-station machine: 12 pads.) Pads are available with or without screw rod. If you need installation video, please contact us in the after-sales group.

Sliding Plates

When loading the thermoforming machine into containers, we will add extra sliding plates under some feet pads for easier movement. These sliding plates are not included as standard machine parts. Please rest assured.
