High frequency (high frequency machine) common maintenance instructions

During high-frequency heating, the mold and rubber must be kept clean, otherwise flashover will occur. If yes, check if the mold is burnt out. If there are gaps, they must be repaired. If the mold is not cleaned, clean it with washing water (day water). The copper sheet of the grounding wire is often damaged due to pressure, if it is replaced. The moisture of the compressed air will accumulate in the water bottle, please remove the water in the water bottle before using the machine each time. If the lubricating oil in the lubricator is on the indicator line, special oil must be added (the lubricating oil should use corrosive oil agent such as accumulation rack (PS-5). The dust should be cleaned once a month in the machine (especially the accumulation in the oscillator Dust.) The mechanical parts must be refueled once every two to three months.
