The power consumption of the blister molding machine can not only be regarded as the blister machine, but also include the necessary auxiliary equipment: air compressor, vacuum pump, chiller. Different blister machines have different power consumption.
First: The standard 1220-710 blister consumes electricity per hour under normal use, calculated based on the molding area of 1220X710mm:
Air compressor (15KW) + vacuum pump (3KW) + chiller (3KW) + plastic suction machine (20KW) total power per hour: 35 degrees X24 = 840 degrees electricity (24 hours of power consumption per machine)
Under normal use: how many kilograms of sheet can be pulled in 24 hours (because the different speeds of material/thickness/forming difficulty will also be different, so this data requires an average quality can also use a certain material + any thickness as an example):
1500KG (Note: without changing the mold), PVC material, 0.45 thickness
Second: The molding area of the memory thermostatic blister machine is 1220-710. How much power is consumed per hour under normal use:
Air compressor: 15KW+ Vacuum pump: 3KW+ Chiller: 3KW+ Blister: 11KW Total power per hour: 26 degrees X24=624 degrees power? (24 hours power consumption of one machine)
Under normal use: how many kilograms of sheet can be pulled in 24 hours (because the different speeds of material/thickness/forming difficulty will also be different, this data requires an average quality, you can also use a certain material + any thickness as an example): 1600KG (Note: Without changing the forming mold) PVC material, 0.45 thickness.
