How to debug high frequency welding machine

The debugging methods of high frequency welding machine are as follows:
1. Please turn off the high frequency switching system and the automatic switching system before turning on the power switch. Pull up the red system (red) main cylinder to the highest position, swing the turntable, trigger the micro switch, the turntable descends flat against the antimony plate, lock the upper mold directly to the heating plate, lower mold on the turntable, and align the upper mold Lock the pressure bar at the tube position, compress the bottom mold, loosen the parallel screws and parallel nuts of the mold, press the lowering system to make the mold flat against the bottom mold, and then "point" the upward system to move the upper pressure plate away from the heating plate and the mold. 1/4 inch, lock parallel screws, parallel nuts, water line copper plate installation: press down, press the lower mold and adjust the position of the water line copper plate to press the turntable.
Press the ascending system to make the cylinder grow to the highest position and the turntable to leave the antimony plate. When the mold is raised and lowered and heated, do not touch the mold and the heating plate to avoid burns.
The copper wire of the water line should be grounded, otherwise there will be leakage of the turntable.
2. When adjusting the high frequency machine, please turn off the high frequency switch system and automatic switch system first. It is forbidden to place liquid objects on the motor to avoid the failure of flowing into the machine.
This machine is an operator, please do not stand by other people on both sides of the motor to avoid danger when rotating the turntable.
3. After the motor is used, please turn off the high frequency switch and automatic switch, and then let the mold press the turntable, cut off the input of compressed air, and turn off the power. After turning on the power switch, the electron tube must be warmed up for 10 minutes to make the high frequency output.
4. Test before output:
Turn off the high-frequency switch system, turn on the switch system, set the time: fall time (about 2 seconds)? high cycle time (about 2 seconds), cooling time (about 0.5 seconds) rise time (about 1 second)
Because the rising distance depends on the mold. Change the rising time to adjust the space of the upper and lower molds, swing the turntable position, the upper and lower molds are aligned, and the waterline copper presses the turntable.
The adjustment of the heater is about 140°C, and the heating indicator light is on to indicate that the mold is not hot enough, and the high frequency heating operation is performed after the light is turned off.
5. Adjust the high frequency output force:
Return the pointer of the coordinator to the "0" position, and set the rubber material to rotate the turntable: the mold falling time should be the compressed rubber plus 0.5 seconds: when the high cycle output is 0.2-0.9A (if no indication indicates that there is a problem with the oscillation circuit ); Change the scale of the coordinator 0-100, the current indication rises, check the welding effect, otherwise repeat the operation process (do not rush too much when adjusting, so as not to cause overcurrent and flashover phenomenon).
Because the size of the mold is different, the high cycle time and the coherent should be adjusted accordingly. The stronger the output force or the smaller the mold area, the shorter the high cycle time, and the longer the high cycle time.
