The treatment method after the blister machine is immersed in water:
Electrical part (particularly important)
① Disconnect the power supply, and after confirming all the following steps, the power can be turned on again under the guidance of professionals!
Disconnect all power supplies, hang a sign prohibiting closing operation on the main gate, and do not work on the blister machine until the power supply is disconnected.
②Check if water enters the PLC main board and touch screen.
If water enters the PLC main board and touch screen, the internal battery needs to be removed as soon as possible. Otherwise, individual components are still energized, which will worsen the damage of damp components.
③Check whether water enters the electric box
If the electric box is soaked in water, ask professionals to remove the electrical components in the entire electric box, open the shell and clean the circuit board and metal contacts with circuit board cleaning fluid, including I/O board, 24V power supply, 5V power supply, transformer, AC Contactors, air switches, solid state devices, etc.; locations and components that cannot be cleaned should be flushed. After flushing, make sure that the circuit board is completely dry and can be installed again. If a single unit capacitor or transistor is damaged, contact the manufacturer for replacement.
④Dry all electrical components
Use a hair dryer or dryer to fully dry all the components. The decomposed and cleaned components can be layered into the dry material. The drying temperature is 50~60℃, and the drying time is 8~10 hours. It is better to choose low temperature and long time. After drying, test whether the insulation resistance value meets the requirements. It is recommended to use a multimeter resistance gear above 100K for 24V low-voltage circuits and components (the larger the gear, the better), and a megohmmeter for 220V and above circuits and components to judge whether they are damaged and completely dry.
⑤Electrical components are individually energized and checked
Ask professionals to energize and inspect the completely dry electrical components separately, and then install them and use them only after they are intact.
⑥Other
If electrical component failure cannot be avoided after the above operations, please stop using it immediately and contact the manufacturer’s service personnel for replacement or repair before starting the blister machine.
Hydraulic part
①Check whether the motor oil pump has water
If the motor oil pump is soaked in water, the motor oil pump cannot be turned on, because the water in the hydraulic oil may enter the hydraulic piping system of the machine after the motor is turned on, causing the metal hydraulic components to rust.
②Check if the hydraulic oil has water
Open the plug at the bottom of the fuel tank on the frame, release a small amount of oil, and ignite it with a small amount of paper. If it cannot be ignited or there is crackling during the combustion process, it means that there is water in the hydraulic oil; it can also be tested with anhydrous copper sulfate Whether it will turn blue or not, it means that it is watery. If the oil contains water, all hydraulic oil in the oil tank needs to be replaced. Wipe the oil tank with a clean cloth before changing the oil.
At the same time, check the hydraulic components and pipelines, and handle them in the same way.
other parts
①Check all servo motors and drives
Ask professionals to separate the stator and rotor of the motor, and dry the stator windings (the servo motor rotor has strong magnetic force, please pay attention to safety), and use a 100W incandescent lamp to extend into the motor shell for at least 8 hours of drying. Use after drying The insulation resistance must be ≥0.4MΩ to be tested by shaking the meter. At the same time, the motor bearing is removed and cleaned with gasoline to check whether it can be used, otherwise replace the bearing of the same specification.
②Check the lubrication pump
Separate the rotor, stator and pump of the lubrication pump motor. The fixed windings can be dried in a drying hopper. The insulation resistance must be ≥0.4MΩ. If the pump is rusted and stuck, the mold rust remover can be sprayed into the pump. Derusting, the gears in the pump tank rotate flexibly.
Lubricate the lubricated parts and check whether the lubrication is good. If there are abnormalities such as failure to lubricate or insufficient lubrication, it should be repaired in time.
③Complete machine inspection
Check the whole machine, do a good job of cleaning and anti-rust treatment, test each action when starting up, and observe whether there is any abnormality in the action process!
